On March 4th 1005, ATS Ltd in Holland declared that it has subscribed an agreement with the Australia government for investing 13 million dollars to build a product line for producing lighting and appliance automation products nearby Sydney. Lewis Smyth, the vice president of marketing of ATS Ltd, said that the agreement indicated that the PLC-BUS products would be entirely produced locally in Australia.

　　ATS Ltd planned to take up 30% part of the market of smart home products while 35% part of the market of industry intelligent building products in two years. Before the agreement, ATS Ltd had cooperated with several government institutions such as Australia electronic institute. At the beginning of this year, ATS Ltd had built some bases to develop products and set up scientific research relations with 5 universities in Australia: the university New South Wales, EdithCowanUniversity,UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA, GriffithUniversity, DeakinUniversity.
